I really wanted to like this place. I went to purchase donuts for two different offices. I asked the owner for 2 separate boxes and when she put all donuts in 1 box, I asked again for her to put them into 2 separate boxes. She looked at me confused and I said, “I’ll pay for the extra box, I can’t take them all in 1 box.” So she proceeded & charged me $3 extra for the box. On top of that she was being super rude to her employee. The Employee mentioned that this was her 2nd day at the job & she’s still learning. I cannot stand RUDE & cheap employers!

13 AMAZING donuts for $12!! And it was 10:15pm at night! Can't go wrong with Star Donuts, where they're ALMOST Open 24 Hours. They serve All Kinds of Donuts and various drinks. They are quite a donut shop! Give them a try, as You Won't be sorry.

Always love picking up donuts after my kids karate practice. Unlike other places they include bars in the dozen special. The guy in the evening always gives extra. Great incentive always!

I love bakeries, but do avoid them as they can get me in trouble. Star Donuts was in walking distance to my hotel so I stopped in. Small space, but had a great selection even at 11am. The service was nice and I bought donut holes and a chocolate Bavarian cream. WOW ?!!! They smashed it with the Bavarian cream. That was the best I've ever had! Don't get me started on the donut holes...amazing! Truly recommend this local gem. ?

I’ve passed by this donut shop every time I’m in the Moorpark area. I read the reviews and thought I had to try it for myself. Such friendly staff and so many options from your traditional to more creative (umm bacon donut anyone?). Also got a Java Chip smoothie and it was so good! Perfect amount of sweet and not overbearing. Will be stopping by more often when I’m around.
