Sorry but Christmas week you need to open more than 2 registers. I left this Ross yesterday because they had a line of (at least) 50 people stretched passed the que and bending down the isles. I left my item when I saw that and ONLY 2 registers opened. Too bad because I really liked the handbag I selected. People are too busy to wait on a line like that. Felt like a Disney que line.

I received a random charge on my account for almost $100. I called this place so I could at-least know if this was a double charge or something else. I was able to get in contact with the manager but as soon as I told her my card had been changed for a purchase I didn’t make on a day I didn’t go there she hung up on me. I also had my physical card on me. So I find it wierd out off all the places my card could been charged it happens to be the Ross only a mile from my home. I don’t use gas stations most of my online payments are made with PayPal. There’s no way it’s just a coincidence that out of all places the one Ross closest to me happened to be where a un-authorized charge was made. Also her hanging up on me was totally uncalled for!

If I could give you guys 0 stars then I would…. Don’t be pissed because you’re trying to clean during hours where customers are shopping.. big Spanish lady is mad because the stores unorganized so get your priority straight and do it when there’s no customers in the store.. common sense. Then you have your cashier trying to make up prices because the price is not on an item?!? You guys need to do better and even at that I wasn’t charged the right price when I come in everyday and buy the same items… just a horrible store to shop at.. managers do better… you’ll see me again 🙂

The manager of this place was very disrespectful to us, making fun of my mother's disability for walking slowly. We wanted to buy some rugs and the girl unknowingly approached us blaming us for some rugs that were in the furniture without knowing that we did not put them there, we were asking her about the price of one of the rugs and she was ignoring us and giving us attitude, we had to ask the questions many times until she answered that since it did not have a label it could not be sold, that we had to look for a similar one, with no interest in wanting to help us, also she told us that someone had come to tell us that they were not placed there when clearly no one came to help us. She acted in a xenophobic manner since when we tried to go to the checkout she was on the radio saying that we were going to pay thinking that we did not speak English, I had to go over and ask for a manager since we were tired of the situation and she with attitude told us that she was the manager and clearly did not care about the way she treated us, I took my family out of this place, completely unpleasant to serve a customer.

This young lady was incredibly rude and nasty to the guests. How is talking to paying customers like they are trash acceptable ? She needs to fix her hair and her attitude.
